CORPORATE CULTURE

FUTURE-FOCUSED CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS

Ofiste Arayüz Tasarımcısı

In the first step of future-oriented cultural transformation projects; We analyze the current culture of the institution through tools such as culture surveys, one-on-one interviews, workshops, focus group studies, and senior management interviews. In the second step, we determine the points of overlap between the values of the institution, the way of doing business and the vision, mission and strategies. We create strategies and projects related to behavioral sets, competencies or values that we determine from the differences between the current corporate culture and the targeted corporate culture, and we realize future-oriented cultural transformation projects that will meet the needs and expectations that are completely specific to the institution. We are phasing out our work on the basis of ownership, mutual understanding, internalization and continuity of cultural transformation.

Institutions express the goals of today and the future with the mission they have and the vision they have since their establishment. In addition, institutions should express what they want to achieve in the future and where they want to be with a common vision. The common vision statement that the institutions we have determined with the workshops want to exist in the future and target will be the main criterion for the goals and strategies that the institutions will create from the present moment.

Institutions have their own identity, personality and therefore a corporate culture. With the correct definition of common beliefs and values, which are the basis of this culture, institutions express how they want to exist as an institution.  In order to use the values in every decision taken, in every behavior, in every way of doing business within the organization and to convey them to all internal and external stakeholders, it is essential that the corporate values are known and owned by the employees  and disseminated . We use workshops, one-on-one interviews, manager interviews, and surveys to define values, and we conduct values training in order for employees to embrace values.
