In professional life for more than 20 years and as a learning lover; My aim in my career journey is to “create value by leaving a mark on institutions and individuals with the service I provide for people and change with passion”.

In Cultural Transformation Projects, I provide consultancy on issues such as determining a common vision, defining values, harmonization of strategies and values, making effective decisions in accordance with the corporate culture, and meeting management.

Issues related to leaders who have high communication skills, see change as an opportunity, and focus on strengths, are among the subjects that I frequently work on.

I aim to help leaders identify the internal and external factors in the transformation of their potential into performance by understanding the reality of the team, institution or, in more general terms, the system, and determine the necessary actions to overcome these obstacles. 

I adopt systemic approaches on the path of change and development to prepare individuals, teams or organizations for the future in terms of leadership skills. In order to find meaning in what leaders do and to gather others around common goals  I work to help others adapt to the goal and take action with a holistic perspective.

I try to help leaders realize the impact they create on the system, especially in situations of complexity and confusion, and shape the effects of each step or decision to be made on all other factors in the system in a balanced, conscious and intentional manner. Systemic Leadership and Systemic Team Coaching in VUCA, BANI and Change Management are among my studies on these issues.

I am a professional certified coach with IAF (International Association of Facilitators) facilitation ICF (International Coaches Federation) PCC - professional certified coach. I am a faculty member of TPC Leadership ICF and EMCC approved coaching and mentoring certification programs.

I received Transactional Analysis (I am the winner of the “Transactional Analysis Personal Development Award”), Lewis Derin Democracy – Co-Resolve Leadership, Jungian Coaching Scholl - Leadership Archetypes international certificate training, I work with teams for sustainable high performance and help teams focus on their strengths instead of flow blockers. . I provide Executive Coaching and Mentoring, System Coaching, Team Coaching, Career Coaching, Leadership, Agility in Leadership, Change and Transformation Management, Leadership training for High Performance Teams and I take roles as Facilitator, Team Coaching, Human Resources Consultancy and Assessment and Development Center Applications.
