Transformational leaders not only take the appropriate action for change, but also realize the necessity of change in advance and create an open strategy for learning, flexibility. As Foryou Leadership Consultants, we support leaders with different trainings, facilitations, team coaching and individual coaching in line with the competencies they need to become transformational leaders, and keep them ready for the future, change and transformation. We know that leaders have the greatest influence as role models and cultural ambassadors in order to keep the desired behaviors alive in the culture. Seeing the perceptions of himself in the eyes of others, understanding the dimensions of emotional intelligence that makes a difference in leadership and turning it into an advantage, gaining awareness on issues such as time management, ego-self states, learning preferences are among the sub-details of the study.
